We build trading card brands that compound.

Most agencies treat trading card brands like generic e-commerce. We know they’re not. Collectors aren’t impulse shoppers, they’re consumers with deep, ongoing relationships with the brands in the hobby. They remember every interaction, they talk to each other constantly, and they can spot generic marketing from across a card show floor. Ignoring any of that wastes your marketing investment and, even worse, breaks trust with the community that made the brand work in the first place.

That’s why Pyx exists.

What we believe about marketing within The Hobby:

  • The work between campaigns matters more than the campaigns themselves. Brands that only show up when they want something from their list don’t have the growth they want.. Brands that show up consistently do.
  • Great products deserve marketing infrastructure that matches. If you’ve made it this far, you have a killer product, an established relationship with collectors, and a willingness to go to the next level. But, there’s a gap where you know your marketing systems should be. That gap is your opportunity!
  • Your customer list is the asset, not your follower count. Collectors come back when you give them reasons to. Growing hobby brands are the ones that make customer retention part of the plan, not an afterthought.
  • Retention and acquisition aren’t separate departments. They feed each other or they fight each other. We build them to feed each other.
  • Generic e-commerce playbooks don’t work here. The collector economy has its own rhythms, its own buyer behavior, and its own definitions of loyalty. We build for those, not against them.

Who We Work With

We ARE a fit if you’re a trading card brand doing at least $500K in annual revenue, you have a product collectors love, and you’re ready to build the marketing infrastructure that makes every dollar work harder than the last.

We are NOT a fit if you’re looking for a one-off campaign, want someone to run ads in isolation, or need an agency that’ll say yes to everything. We work with a small number of brands at a time on purpose.
